learn the art of intuitive touch and intentional non-physical assist
Yoga Assisting can be a profoundly rewarding experience. It’s an opportunity to be of service to others and witness amazing ‘aha’ moments that happen right before your eyes, or underneath your hands, as you empower transformation in a student’s body, mind and spirit.
Join Cassandra Fauss (E-RYT 500, YACEP) for an immersive and hands-on weekend exploring the full spectrum of yoga assisting—from hands-on assists to the subtle art of holding space without physical contact. Through a trauma-informed approach, you’ll learn to read students physical, mental and entergetic bodies to determine when to offer grounding and support, when to empower and uplift, and when to simply hold space.
Attuned assisting begins within—cultivating clarity, presence, and intuition. In this deeply meditative practice, you will refine the art of touch while also honoring the power of its absence. This experiential workshop will guide you to tap into and trust your intuition as a guide as you attune to the needs of others and build confidence providing mindful and safe support that meets each student where they are.
Whether you're a yoga teacher or an experienced student looking to go deeper, this hands-on training is for you. You’ll learn practical tools and build the confidence to safely support, connect with, and empower students in their practice. It’s not just about alignment—it’s about learning how to hold space with presence and care.
✨ Bonus Perk: Graduates of this training will be eligible to join the Mobile Om team as Yoga Assistants—and will be able to earn back the cost of the training while gaining real world experience assisting a wide variety of students.
