Cassandra Fauss
Owner & Founder, yoga teacher
Hey there! I’m Cassandra — yoga teacher, meditation guide, mantra lover and curious human on a lifelong journey of self-discovery. I believe yoga is for every body, which is why I started Mobile Om Yoga back in 2013. By taking yoga out of the studio and into the real world, it feels more accessible, more connected, and a whole lot more fun!
Over the past 16 years, I’ve taught thousands of classes in all kinds of beautiful places — from San Antonio landmarks to Costa Rican beaches to the Himalayan mountains of Nepal. My style is heart-led and intuitive, blending ancient yoga philosophy with mindful movement and breath to create experiences that help you reconnect, reset, and remember who you are.
When I’m not on my mat or buried in grad school homework, you’ll find me hiking, paddle boarding, or hanging out with my two Cavaliers, Charley and Abi (aka the cutest sidekicks ever).
Amanda Lindner
Yoga Teacher
Hi! I’m Amanda. I began practicing yoga over 12 years ago when I started attending classes with my mom at a small studio in Ellicott City, MD. We both fell in love with the practice, the teachers, and the community, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
For me, yoga is more than just a way to feel connected to my body. It’s a way of life. The practice beyond the mat and I’ve found meaningful ways to weave yoga into everyday moments.
I especially love practicing and teaching yoga in unconventional spaces. When I’m teaching or attending a Mobile Om class, I feel deeply connected to the community we’re practicing within. My intention is to create spaces that uplift, inspire, and support people through intentional, collaborative, and welcoming experiences.

Kait Walker
Yoga Teacher
Hi! My name is Kait, and I’ve been a yoga teacher since 2021, and practicing since 2016. When I’m not teaching, I’m out in the world on a hike or swim with my dog Willow, or listening to live music and two stepping somewhere around town!
I try to find the “yoga of it all” in my day to day life as often I can - choosing patience in frustrating traffic, holding myself accountable while also giving myself grace, finding small moments of gratitude wherever I can. I am so proud to be a yoga teacher, and nothing brings me more joy than holding this space for the students that join me week after week
Miranda Jones
Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner
Miranda found yoga in 2014 during one of the most challenging times of her life—while caring for a loved one with a debilitating terminal illness. Having never identified as physically active, she discovered in yoga a space of healing, mindfulness, and connection. What started as a gentle refuge quickly grew into a profound practice of presence and purpose.
Now a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) and a trained sound healing practitioner, Miranda offers classes rooted in compassion, accessibility, and empowerment. With over 400 hours of in-studio teaching experience, she leads Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Gentle, Power, and Beginner’s Yoga classes that encourage students to show up as they are. Her sessions often incorporate the calming resonance of crystal sound bowls, helping students deepen their mind-body connection through vibration and breath.
Currently pursuing her RYT-500 certification, Miranda is passionate about holding inclusive space for others to explore their personal path to well-being. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to expand your practice, Miranda’s classes welcome you with warmth, grounding, and a deep respect for the journey.
Sharlene CasaCLANG
Yoga Assistant & Yoga Teacher
Hi, I’m Sharlene! I’ve been teaching yoga since 2024, but my journey with the practice began in 2010 while working as a nonprofit peer educator in Austin, TX.
At the time, I thought yoga was mostly about the poses—something you did on a mat in a class. I used to describe my practice as “on and off,” because I wasn’t consistent with attending classes. But over time, I began to understand that yoga is so much more than physical movement.
What I learned through yoga philosophy—and by simply paying attention—has supported me well beyond the mat. It’s been a steady companion through seasons of caregiving, mental health challenges, grief, and everyday life. Yoga has helped me reconnect with myself in both the quiet and the chaos.
Through mindful movement and meditation, I invite you to meet yourself in a new or meaningful way —with compassion, gratitude, and gentle acceptance.
