We turn curious yoga students into confident yoga leaders. Our collaborative 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training is led by veteran yoga leaders Cassandra Fauss and Julia Lopez combining their 3 decades of combined yoga teaching and training experience.

Learn the foundational elements of the 8-Limbed Path and the art of Vinyasa Yoga. Begin to find your voice right away. Leave this weekend equipped to share Sun Salutations and Ujjayi Breath so you can guide yourself (or others) through a daily practice

Build upon online learning with an experiential learning weekend to bring asana and anatomy to life! Students explore physical structure & basic movement science, and how this knowledge relates to sequencing, cuing action, propping & modifying postures, leading breath, strengthening the body, and regulating the nervous system.

Yes! We offer several full, 50% and 25% scholarships. Priority is balanced between both financial need and intention for training.

Our in person modules meet in San Antonio, Texas in the Estella Avery Education Center at Confluence Park. (310 W Mitchell St).
Virtual meetings will take place online using a our Zoom classroom.

Additional requirements include:
Online Learning Library - Trainees will complete virtual assignments before and between modules in a self-paced, online format.
Personal Practice Immersion - Commit to participating in 40 yoga classes of your choice during training. These can be completed in person or online. FYI - Trainees get access to 200+ classes via Julia Marie and Cassandra's online class libraries for the duration of training.
Practicum Teaching - You will lead one (1) public (in person or virtual) yoga class at the end of training.
Final Exam - You'll be required to pass a final written exam to receive certification.

In addition to the weekend modules and online learning library, you will receive:
Lifetime access to training materials
1 Year Access to Julia Marie's online yoga classes ($179 value)
1 year access to Cassandra's online class library ($155 value)
Free admission to Mobile Om classes and events.

Yes! Some people will join us online and then for the immersion in Texas. Others may want to be fully remote.
Those who attend online will still take part in synchronous live lectures.

Upon graduation, you will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate is eligible for registration with with Yoga Alliance as a 200 ho.r Registered Yoga Teacher. While not required, we recommend registration for those who wish to work extensively in Yoga studios in the USA - however increasingly more studios & gyms are accepting non-YA certifications. Some locations may accept a certification but also ask you to complete their onsite training as well. Your career path will be an important part of discussion during Teaching Immersion. Cassandra and Julia will continue to offer guidance and support your decisions around registrations & certifications.
